Manchester United suffered a shocking defeat vs Palace in the opening Premier League fixture and will hope to earn their first win of the season when they face Luton in the league cup tomorrow night.

As far as the team news is concerned, we can expect Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to make nine changes to the squad that started vs Roy Hodgson’s men at the weekend.

Transfer: Man United prepared to tighten grip to sign £21million player – Report

In the goal, Dean Henderson should get the nod to make his first team debut for the club after a brilliant campaign on loan with Sheffield United last term. The youngster recently penned a new deal and will be hoping to keep a clean sheet.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka should return to the starting lineup and he could replace Fosu-Mensah to feature in the right back role.

Eric Bailly may return to partner Harry Maguire in the central defense. On the other hand, young Brandon Williams should replace Luke Shaw in the left back position.

In the center of the park, Brazilian midfielder Fred and Serbian play breaker Nemanja Matic could get the nod to start.

Van de Beek scored the only goal of the game vs Palace and the Dutch international might play in the central attacking midfield role in place of Bruno Fernandes.

Mason Greenwood should return to start on the right wing and Daniel James may move to play on the left flank. Up front, Odion Ighalo should replace Anthony Martial to feature as the lone center forward.

Here is Man Utd’s probable 4-2-3-1 XI vs Luton:
