Manchester United have officially only made one first team signing this summer in Donny van de Beek, but the Red Devils continue to bolster their academy ranks with some of the most exciting talent from across Europe
Manchester United are set to officially unveil three new signings, with one already impressing during his early training sessions.
The Red Devils have officially only made one first team signing this summer, snapping up Donny van de Beek from Ajax in a £38m deal.
However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is set to bolster his youth ranks with a number of quality additions, according to the MEN.
Hugill and Logan Pye arrived from Sunderland’s academy before the transfer window officially opened.
And they are expected to be followed through the door officially very shortly by Isak Hansen-Aaroen, Marc Jurado and Alvaro Hernandez.
Jurado, 16, and Hernandez, 17, were pictured together last month quarantining with a local family after flying in from Spain.
The duo, from Barcelona and Real Madrid respectively, are awaiting international clearance before their deals can be finalised.
Meanwhile, Norwegian side Tromso have announced that Hansen-Aaroen has made the switch to United.
The 1. divisjon side wrote on Instagram: “A wonderful person. A unique football talent. Who just loves to play football now.
“From Fløya to TIL as a junior, into the academy as a 10-year-old, learns at the TIL school and debut for the first team as a 15-year-old. Assist in his last match for Tromsø IL, this time.
“Thank you so much for the last ten years and good luck in Manchester United and on in your career. We hope you have a great time, see you soon.”
Hansen-Aaroen is believed to have been involved with a few training sessions with United’s U18 side for now, and has impressed so far.
Hugill, Pye, and new goalkeeper Radek Vitek all started training with the youth set up in July, shortly after their arrival
