Kai Havertz to Chelsea is almost a done deal, as the transfer is one step away, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Sky sports Jornalist, Romano has confirmed that total agreement will be reached with Bayer Leverkusen and Chelsea and Harvertz will be heading to Chelsea as soon as possible.
Chelsea had their initial £65M deal rejected by Bayer Leverkusen who wants nothing less than £80M deal for their highly rated young star.
Chelsea has made a fresh bid which is going to be accepted. €80M + €20M add ons would be the final fee.
Fabrizio Romano confirms that last details would be completed soon and then paperworks time. It will only take hours before it would be announced.
